Mom and baby are doing great! I'm making a quick stop at the house to spread the excitement. Meika is an amazing woman. The first contration was at 3am. From the regular 5 minute contractions to birth made for 10hrs of labor (natural birth - no epidural). I'm in awe of her strength.

We are so excited and in awe for you! It brings tears of joy! No epidural--you rock! This almost makes me ready for ours. We love you dearly and are praying for your recovery and transition in to parenthood.

I was checking the blog every other hour and was So glad to see these pictures/read the news this morning. Thanks for taking the quick minute to update, Mike. The expressions on your faces (all three of them) are so beautiful. Meika, I am proud of you for so many reasons. Tears of joy...
